Terms and Conditions

 

All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch or collection. All prices quoted are exworks prices and the company reserve the right to vary the quoted price. Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of despatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Quotations and estimates do not constitute an offer by the company to supply the goods or services and no order shall be binding unless accepted by the company in writing.

 

While the company will do its utmost to keep to its delivery dates they are to be treated as estimates only. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods.

 

Customers and owners of property or goods left at the companies premises for repair, reconditioning or for any other purpose are left entirely at the owners and or customers own risk. The company its staff, agents, representatives and or subcontractors can not be held in any way liable for loss or damage to the property. It is recommended that the owners or customers Insurance cover is extended to cover said goods if it does not already do so.

 

Every effort is made to ensure that its products are accurately described by the company and are fit for the purposes and applications stated. However the company gives no warranty to this effect and accepts no responsibility form any errors or incorrect descriptions part numbers and information should be used for guidance only.

 

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be sent to the company in writing in sufficient time for the shipper and insurers to be notified within any stipulated claim time. The company’s liability for loss or damage in transit Shall be limited to the amounts (if any) recovered from the shippers and insurers less any costs of the company in connection with a claim.
